Registration: 9.30am – 1.00pm Sunday 4 March 2018 Thorner Victory Hall

Only Thorner residents will be allowed to queue for tickets

  • All applicants will need to prove current Thorner residency and also provide ID
  • We will not be relying on the electoral register as proof of residency.
  • Please bring a Driving Licence if you have one. You won’t need to show anything else and it will speed everything up
  • If you don’t have a Driving Licence you will need both proof of current residence (something recent, showing where you live) and also some ID (something to prove who you are)
  • Ensure you have adequate proof of residency for younger residents (e.g. letter from school or savings account)
  • Household applications can be made by a single member of a household if the tickets are for each household member’s personal use. Adequate proof of residency will be required for all applicants not just the person queuing
  • Residents can nominate tickets for use by someone else (a relative or close friend) but must attend and apply in person and queue up with other residents
  • A maximum of 2 tickets per household may be nominated
  • Full payment for all tickets must be made at registration, preferably by cheque (payable to Thorner Community Fund). Credit cards will not be accepted
  • Information will only be used by Thorner Community Fund and Festival Republic for the purposes of ticket allocation and Leeds Festival access
  • Incomplete applications (e.g. no proof of residency, lack of ID, missing payment) will not be accepted

Please do not abuse the Thorner ticketing system:

  • We would ask you not to ask friends and neighbours to apply for extra tickets for your party
  • Residents should not seek to profit in any way from the distribution of tickets
  • Tickets are non transferable and not for re-sale
  • Former residents are not eligible to apply for tickets. Students who are only temporarily absent may still be Thorner residents but adult family members who have moved away from the family home will not be eligible
  • Residents who wish to nominate tickets for use by another person must take responsibility for those ticket users
  • Festival Republic and the TCF committee have previously identified some abuse and as a result, residents have been barred from the festival
