Re: Thorner Village, Leeds Festival 2018
Following plans to restrict access through Thorner Village to any non-residents during Leeds Festival, please find enclosed 2 x Thorner Access Passes. These passes are to be displayed in any vehicle belonging to residents of Thorner Village to avoid being challenged by the traffic stewards staffing the road closure points.
The closure will take effect from 19:00hrs on Tuesday 21st August, and end at 15:00hrs on Monday 27th August, at the following points:
- Junction of Thorner Road / Thorner Lane (Wothersome Corner)
- West of Nova Scotia farm entrance
- Junction of Thorner / Milner Lane
- Carr Lane
- Junction of Skelton’s Lane / Thorner Lane
Should you need any additional passes, these can be collected from the Methodist Church on Main Street, Thorner, at the following time:
Saturday 18th August at 18:00hrs – 21:00hrs
During the above times, Marcus Griffiths will be available to answer any queries on behalf of Leeds Festival (Festival Republic Ltd.) you may have on how this system will work. Should you need to contact Marcus before then, please do so by e-mailing email@example.com who will be more than happy to assist.
