It’s that time again – Leeds Festival 2025 – Ticket Registration for Thorner Residents – Sunday 4 May 2025 Thorner Victory Hall – Thorner Community Fund

  • We will open the hall at 0800. We will spend time with you in the queue to ensure you all have everything you need and to make sure registration runs smoothly and rapidly
  • We will open registration desks at 0900
  • The doors will close at 1200
  • We will consider reasonable adjustments where appropriate
  • The rules on residency and ID evidence and also on who needs to queue have not changed. Please ensure you have read and fully understood these requirements
  • We will not be taking payment at the event
  • We will not require names or date of birth evidence for children under 13

Thorner Resident Eligibility

  • Eligibility will be based on current Thorner residency but ticket supply is limited
  • Only Thorner residents should queue for tickets
  • Reduced price resident tickets £65 donation
    • 1 per resident
  • Full price resident tickets £325.00
    • Up to 2 per household
  • Children aged 13 or older at the time of the festival will need their own ticket. This year you will still be able to take younger children with you to the festival, but we will not require their details to be recorded on your application form.
  • Tickets are non transferable. Names of all ticket users must be given at registration and cannot be changed.

Registration:  Sunday 4 May 2025 0900 – 1200 Thorner Victory Hall

  • Only Thorner residents will be allowed to queue and apply for tickets
  • All applicants in the queue will need to prove current Thorner residency and also provide ID
  • Please bring a Driving Licence if you have one. That way, you won’t need to show anything else and it will speed everything up.
  • If you don’t have a Driving Licence you will need proof of both current residence – something less than six months old, showing where you live (e.g. a recent utility bill or bank statement) and also some ID – something to prove who you are (e.g. a passport) 
  • All tickets will be issued by email. We will ask you to provide a suitable email address on your application form.  One email address for each household application will be sufficient
  • To keep the size of the queue manageable, household applications can be made by a single member of a household if the tickets are for each household member’s personal use. Adequate proof of residency will be required for all ticket applicants not just the person queuing.
  • If residents are not planning to attend the festival, they can nominate tickets for use by someone else (a relative or close friend) but must attend the registration event to apply in person.
  • Nominees (the ticket users from outside Thorner) should not attend the registration event and we do not need ID or proof of address for them.
  • A maximum of 2 tickets per household may be nominated
  • Incomplete applications (e.g. no proof of residency, lack of ID) will not be accepted

Ticket Donations

  • We will not be taking payment at the event.  Once your application has been approved you will be given a unique payment reference.  The full donation due should be paid into the Thorner Community Fund bank account by 19 May. Anyone can make the payment by electronic bank transfer, on line banking, telephone banking, in person at a bank or even by cheque at any post office as long as they quote the reference number.

Please do not abuse the Thorner ticketing system:

  • Do not ask friends and neighbours to apply for extra tickets for your party
  • Residents who wish to nominate tickets must take responsibility for ticket users
  • Residents should not seek to profit in any way from the distribution of tickets
  • Tickets and wristbands are non transferable and not for re-sale
  • Where Festival Republic and the TCF team have identified abuse, residents have been barred from the festival.  We will continue to take a robust line on any ticket or wristband abuse

Email applications

If you cannot attend the registration event, email applications can be made to Wayne Young at thornercommunityfund@gmail.com . We will accept email applications once this noticed is published.

Applications can only be made by Thorner residents and should include:

  • The names of the residents who are requesting tickets
  • A contact telephone number and email address
  • The names of all ticket users
  • The type of tickets required (reduced price or full price)

And afterwards

  • We will keep a reserve/waiting list
  • Let us know early if you can’t attend the festival. We will try to re-allocate your ticket if you let us know in reasonable time.  We cannot guarantee that we will be able to reallocate tickets or offer a refund especially if you leave this too late
  • All tickets will be issued by email to the email address you have provided shortly before the festival.
