All Thorner Resident Tickets were sent out by the Festival Republic / Universe team earlier this week
Some of you did not receive the confirmatory email
Whether you received tickets by email or not, you can still access all of your tickets by logging in to the Universe site. Here are the instructions on how to do so:
Click on this link https://www.universe.com/sign-in?pane=forgotPassword
If you don’t already have a Universe password, click on ‘Forgot password?’ – this must be sent to the email address you gave when you completed your ticket application
Log in with your new password
Click on your name at the top of the screen then…
Select “my tickets “
You may have to wait whilst it loads but all of your tickets should be available
